The Bahama Series Chop Blocks are hand-crafted from strips of thin-grain bamboo, laid together to create a silky-smooth, ultra-durable surface. These blocks wipe clean easily with a mild detergent and are resistant to moisture, cuts and scratches, making them more bacteria-resistant than hardwoods. The rich natural caramel color of these two-tone chop blocks is created by heating the sugar compounds in the bamboo and involves no dyes or artificial processes. Wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Available in two sizes.
