- Designed to replace the chef's pan when it's desirable to dispose of cut product or waste directly into a trash bag
- Trash ring accepts either a common plastic grocery bag or various sizes of kitchen trash bags
- The plastic bag is brought up through the middle of the ring, wrapped around the outside of the ring, and slid into the chef's pan holder in place of the chef's pan
- When preparation is complete, simply remove the plastic bag and dispose of directly into a trash receptacle
