Love the unit. Just got it on 2-14-12. Saw a prior comment that it took 2.5 hrs to assemble. Even for me who knows how this furniture is put together, right on at 2.5... But, I did have to repair both of the drawer face plates as each had been knocked loose during shipping. So, check that out before you begin and just glue them in and clamp them so they are dry and ready by time you need them. Otherwise, the screws suggested for the rolling casters are far to small and snap easily with the screw gun. I suggest that you use some of the screws that are used to hold the granite top in the shipping carton. they are 3/4" wood screws.

Once in place, the unit looks great.

i have a small kitchen with limited counter space - this cart is perfect - the granite matches the granite in my kitchen. The cabinets match my cabinets and the knobs match the knobs on my cabinets. Took about two hours to put together - need two people to handle the granite top - it's heavy. also want to talk about the way it came packaged - wow.....need tools to get it open. something else. good job hayneedle. would shop again here anytime.

Purchase this, put it together, it has a few flaws. I could not get a hold of customer service to complain about a few problems so I had to just deal with it. 2 weeks later hubby and I are in (site wont let me give name) [@] and there is an almost identical item that is much better quality! It had much better hinges, looked like real wood not pressed and materials heavier ect. all for $100.00 cheaper aaannndddd it was all put together!! I am not happy about that at all!! [@]??? Does that tell you anything. very disapointed. If I could send it back I would!

The only problem is that the product I ordered is supposed to be solid black granite and there is a section with a White vein running through it. I might have sent it back, but my husband had already assembled before I saw it. If, however, you are marketing solid black granite...it needs to be solid black graine.
