[...]. I wasn't happy bc all the pieces are very akward and heavy. This was very hard to put together. The screws are very cheap and have to be put in just right to make it fit. I ended up damaging a piece trying to get it to fit. Once it is put together it is a very nice piece of furniture and the wood is good quality. I am happy with the product, I just would never want to put it together again.

I love the way the piece looks on line. [...] However, the pieces do not fit together. We have had to order additional pieces in order to try to make it right and still it does not fit together right. I am so dissapointed! Still we dont have an island to sit at in our new house. :( We are going to try one more time and then I am giving up on this purchase.

This is a great addition to my kitchen. It has given me the much needed extra storage and counter space I needed. The only thing wrong was that the piece that holds the leaf up is not lined up straight and is hard to put in place. Other than that I am completely satisfied.
