I ended up damaging a piece trying to get it to fit. Once it is put together it is a very nice piece of furniture and the wood is good quality. I am happy with the product, I just would never want to put it together again.

Still we dont have an island to sit at in our new house. :( We are going to try one more time and then I am giving up on this purchase.

          Need two people to put together. The drawers had come undone in the shipping and will need to be re-centered in order to operate. Very nice looking once put together. We are not very handy, and were able to put this together without great difficulty. Looks very nice in the kitchen.
